What to include for technical feedback
| Field | Example | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Game | Valorant, CS2, Fortnite, WoW | Different games route traffic to different regions and server providers. |
| Region | Brazil, US East, EU West | Server distance and ISP peering change by geography. |
| Connection type | Ethernet, 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi | This separates local wireless issues from ISP routing. |
| Time of day | Evening peak, morning, weekend | Many ISP problems only appear during congestion windows. |
| Metrics | Median ping, jitter, packet loss, worst spike | One average ping number is not enough to diagnose stability. |
Corrections and editorial feedback
If a guide is unclear, outdated or missing a useful test, send the page URL and the exact section. PingKiller prioritizes updates that make diagnosis easier: better symptom tables, better test routines, clearer limitations and safer fix order. We do not publish claims that a product will fix every connection because gaming routes differ widely by player.
Affiliate and advertising questions
PingKiller uses affiliate links on some product and comparison pages. Affiliate relationships must be disclosed and cannot override the diagnostic advice in the guide. Advertising placements, when enabled, should not cover content, push important content off screen or create accidental clicks near navigation or test buttons.
Privacy questions
Questions about cookies, analytics, advertising identifiers or data handling should reference the Privacy Policy. PingKiller does not need personal identity information to explain gaming network concepts. If you send diagnostic screenshots, remove names, IP addresses or account details that you do not want shared.
